Meet San Francisco Area Author...

Shelley Bates

Shelley Bates has an M.A. in Fiction from Seton Hill University in Pennsylvania and is a freelance editor in the high-tech industry in Silicon Valley.

Grounds to Believe, the debut novel in her Elect Trilogy of inspirational women's fiction, won the 2005 RITA Award for Best Inspirational Romance. The second book in the trilogy, Pocketful of Pearls, was a 2006 RITA finalist.
